Windows
Go to the Start Menu, go to Control Panel. In the control panel, locate "Sounds and Audio Devices". On the new window that appeared, go into the Sounds tab. In the "Program events" list, scroll down and select "Start Windows". Click on the browse button and chose the MP3 file. Make sure that you have it saved in a place where you won't delete it. (Such as C:\Windows)
