Ryan cracks open the emails again to answer questions on Day For Night, Giants, and falling from a high ledge with out that annoying death thing.

Another great episode and I'm glad Netflix finally got the love with their ad (they were stuck with just a voice over for a while), I even liked the squarspace ad as well.
All those effects I had done before, but I liked that advice they gave for doing day for night on camera, I've never done a real night shoot before (the closest I got was almost night/dusk for night) so I'm glad they covered that effect.

This is the only Revision3 show where I actually look forward to the Ads.

Another great episode. And the Netflix ad was great! (still not as great as Tim and his porn problem). It seemed the FilmRiot crew doubled or tripled in this episode. You guys get some fat cash to hire new interns?

Oh and what did Josh do to earn the 'Jerk' rant? We want to know.

Sadly... No new cash. I have a pool of actors (my main ones being Tim and Josh) that I pick and choose from depending on what we are shooting that week. You'll see some new faces every now and again. :)

Nice I wish could say I had a pool of actors, I suppose I could but I would be lying, most of my film projects I end up getting my brother to do it and he's not the most cooperative fellow.
Anyway, I was wondering, where do you guys get your music from? Is it royalty free? I've been looking for background music for a long time and you guys always seem to have good stuff.

They posted a awesome site Soundsnap (http://www.soundsnap.com/)on their facebook page which is full of goodies.

Definitely check out my facebook (filmriotfacebook.com)

Most of the music is through a company called APM. It's not free, and we get the hook up from being on Rev3. But soon I will be posting some royalty free music that my company has created that you guys will be able to buy for super cheap.

Excellent show! I liked the new actors, and I loved the new content. The content is well written and hilarious --- EVERY SHOW. This show is still going full speed on the hilarity train.

I loved the new commercial ---- friend, and I always figured that Tim would become a stalking axe murderer in the middle of some remote forest.

I also watched the tutorials; I found them very enjoyable and informative. :D

I swear, Netflix, Squarespace, etc, should just HIRE you guys to make real TV ads for them, or at least large scale web ads.

They should just put them on youtube and digg and get all of use to view them and hope they go viral eventually someone from the company will notice.

Love the ads! Keep up with the funny shits for the ads. Very effective advertising. I don't skip thru them.
