Basic question about the pop-ups in videos

I noticed that there are quite a few pop up graphics in the TRS videos as well as in your videos on the Film Riot episodes.
How is this accomplished?
Can I do it using FCE or do I need to upg to Final Cut Studio?

well, it's pretty simple to do (I use Premiere Pro CS4, not Final Cut) but all you have to do is move the images into the frame. The thing is, both of the shows use Green screens, so they key out the green, put in the background, and then in a layer above it in the timeline, you just animate the picture to move into the frame. It's a pretty basic effect that I'm sure can be accomplished in FCE.

I'm trying to accomplish something similar and use FC Studio. I was looking to complete the effect in Motion. As Grayson said, quite easy to bring the image into frame, I'm just wondering if there is a pre-generated effect to do a wobble or random movement while its waiting in frame before I send if flying off screen apart from recording several keyframes. I did use a random movement behavior but it was a bit ordinary, but that's probably me and my lack of skills.
