You need a web 2.0 compliant browser first.

Are you talking about web design with a web 2.0 look? Just go to del.icio.us (http://del.icio.us) and do a search for things like css tutorials (http://del.icio.us/search/?fr=del_icio_us&p=css+tutorials&type=all) or web2.0 tutuorials (http://del.icio.us/search/?fr=del_icio_us&p=web2.0+tutorials&type=all) or web2.0 webdesign (http://del.icio.us/search/?fr=del_icio_us&p=webdesign+web2.0+&type=all). There's all kind of cool stuff out there.

Can you be more specific? When people refer to Web 2.0 its usually design or actual Web 2.0 sites (such as Myspace and Digg for example).

Web 2.0 is an umbrella term.
For design you can have multiple outlets.
Web2->Design->Looks: Templates, CSS
Web2->Design->Software design: XML, SOAP, AJAX
Web2 Looks (http://www.webdesignfromscratch.com/current-style.cfm)

Web2.0 is a term used to distinguish the first 'child' the computer had between the second child it had - web2.0. The first had high expectations which it failed to deliver. So the social networking community procreated to have web2.0. Now everyone wants to help web2.0 because they realised they neglected the web and put too mush pressure on it. . . . that's why it failed.
