This may not be news to all, but is to me. How in the name of all that is ****ing holy did Bush manage to detroy the habeas corpus (http://digg.com/politics/death_of_habeas_corpus_signed_into_law#c4427258)? If you're unfamiliar with this write, consider yourself either lucky or ignorant, perhaps both, but now ****ed. Those guys out at Guantanamo Bay? They no longer has this writ, not that it was being honored anyway. Find yourself wrongfully arrested and DNA evidence in your favor? You're ****ed. Your kid taken away by CPS without grounds? Too ****ing bad. This writ "is an important instrument for the safeguarding of individual freedom against arbitrary state action." How in ****ing hell did Bush manage to do this? I can't believe how much damage he's done to this country, and this is just one more reason to make me want to leave. I'm ashamed to be an American under this prick. I'm even more ashamed that I voted for him his first term. You know the US death toll in Iraq has exceeded that of 9-11? That's not even counting the number or Iraqi deaths that this administration cares nothing about. And he has the gall to ask for even MORE money. Why? Has enough damage not yet been done? Is America's title of the world's biggest bully not yet secure? Clinton was impeached for not keeping his pants zipped and lying about it. Bush has committed serious war crimes that seem genocidal in nature (e.g. what Hitler did) and the Supreme Court looks the other way. Oh, that's right, he has some judicial powers as well so now the three branches of the military are no longer separare but tipped in favor of the executive.

I hate the US. And if I did leave, I'd still be property of this ****ing country. So it's really not as easy as just moving away.

Bush is a Moron, and should be impeached but I don't see that happening with our corrupt government. Soon we won't have any rights at the rate things are going. Didn't someone introduce a bill to impeach Bush whatever happened to that?
