Motorola Razr Help

Ok, so I got a razr V3 for christmas,and I when out and bought a software and the cable for it so I can get graphics and mp3s in there, BUT the software wont work. it goes half way and then just keeps

Initializing...

and pisses me off cause I cant get it to work, I got the USB cable, does anyone know of any software I can use for this?

Take it in to the store ... they should be able to help you (or at least give you your money back).

Well, nah, I need the cable so ill stick with this, the software just updated but still not working, maybe because the Razr is the
"Motorola Razr V3c"

IDK really, but there HAS to be some software out there for this!

Um, I didn't even realize the V3 Razr did that stuff, and I have one. LOL!

What you are looking for is a program called mototools, I believe, or something to that effect.

what you need is motorola mobile phone tools and the cable you can use one from a psp. it's just a regular mini usb. i found one at walmart for about $5. oh and a quick google search will find you the drivers

Ok im TOTALLY new to cellphone modding ect... so IDK what the **** im doing, so please, what dop I search to get the drivers? becuase the computer reads it, I get the hardware found thing, but the software for the modding doesnt, so I know its the drivers, please help me find the drivers SidToner

a search for "motorola v3c usb driver" found http://forum.osnn.net/showthread.php?t=80317 as the first result... the driver is attached to the first post on that page

thanks dude, now I got the drivers successfully installed (according to windows) and now the software that wouldn't work before is updating yet again, lets see if this work, I ultimately want to get images INTO my phone and out of my phone, ringtones (duh), and change the lights on the keypad, maybe install a few themes. I like things customized, but im totally brand new to this so im just scared ill **** up my phone.

Now you know what im mostly trying to do, now can anyone help me out

Ok no im just ****ing tired, nothing reads my phone! NOTHING, just the computer, not p2k tools, not Motorola Phone Tools, ANYTHING that is used to customize is NOT READING THIS! god dammit!


What can I do? im really pissed
