The Closer Uses TRS Music?

On this last week's episode of The Closer they track down the killer of a pick-up artist. On this guy's website they used the music from the intro to the TRS TV section. It really threw me for a loop but rewinding it back there it was! TRS TV tune on TV!

It's royalty-free music. Lots of people use that stuff.

I heard that, too. Even though I know it is public domain music, it always stuns me for a second when I hear TRS music in other places.

I've heard the TV theme and the Movies theme many times, though I don't think I've ever heard the Video Games theme anywhere else.

I was in a Gamestop once and heard the intro music from the Player One Podcast but it was just being used as background music for the show they play on their TVs.

Don't the guys play instruments? They should write some original tracks for the show, because this comes up a lot.

I lol'd at the Co-Op episode that used the TRS music.

I've heard that music track in multiple places. I'm pretty sure its one of the free music tracks that comes with GarageBand. I'll have to check the next time I use a Mac, unless someone else here who owns a mac feels like looking?
