"Best of" in "Just Released" tab

I've enjoyed the new website quite a bit now, but there has been one nagging issue that's bothered me recently.

As much as I appreciate having "Best of" clips of my favorite shows, I don't think they should show up in the "Just Released" tab. Having these clips clutters that section with extra videos that someone may have seen already and will push actual new full episodes off the immediate view.

There is already a "Best of" tab for people who would like to see the highlights. For those who regularly visit the site to watch the videos, having these clips in the "Just Released" tab is nothing more than a nuisance since it either reruns something I have watched already or it pushes new episodes I've missed past the initial view.

Yes, good timing on your part for noticing this now, because it's something we've been planning on changing for awhile and it will be done very soon :)

Hopefully this will help, but beyond this I'd personally like to see slight tweaks to the way just released shows are accessible.

Unless you download the shows the night before the official release date, The Totally Rad Show and Diggnation (for example) are pushed off the front page by the next morning.

I know it only adds a couple extra clicks, but I think with these being two of the biggest shows on Revision 3, don't you want as much exposure and easy access as you can get?

Maybe there could be another tab for "Daily" episodes. Right now I can see two Tekzilla Daily downloads but no Diggnation, Hak5 or iFanboy which just came out less than 24 hours ago.

I guess what it boils down to... big, full releases should be a little more prominently displayed, whereas all the "extras" can feature their own tab or even a new row below the major releases.

If you want to see a larger selection of recent episodes, you might want to consider going straight to http://revision3.com/episodes instead of relying on the smaller list on the homepage... you should see plenty of what you're looking for there :)
