I usually sleep in whatever I am in, unless it's too dirty, then I'll change. But I usually sleep in a pair of jeans and a shirt. Everyone thinks I'm crazy, and they might not be too far off...

I sleep naked about 30% of the time, in underwear (briefs or boxers - depending what I have on) 80% of the time, and the remaining 10% is in long flannel sleep pants (but its gotta be ****ing cold), or a pair of jersey fabric gym shorts (if I am sharing a room with a colleague while travelling, which is rare).

I do travel with a pair of gym shorts to sleep in though ... just in case I need to head to hospital (call me paranoid, but with recent kidney issues it is probably going to happen again).
