Hey i was just wondering if Baltimore Comic con is worth going to or if its a pretty good convention. Im planning on going there for my first comic convention this year. The site doesnt really tell much so thats why i came here haha. Thanks for the help :)
I've always heard good things about this con. Paul, from the website, has gone several times I believe. You may want to shoot him an e-mail.

From what I understand it's got probably the 2nd best guest list on the East coast outside of Heroes Con, and is 2nd most laid back in regards to the floor atmosphere, 2nd also to Heroes. I'm hoping to make this my first time attending this year as well, there's so many artists I want to meet and get sketches from.

I went last year with a friend and we wrote about it for the site:

The guest list looks ever better this year. The only downsides I would mention are that the con floor was quite crowded on Saturday (Sunday was much better) and that there wasn't much going on in terms of panels. What they do have panel-wise is announced pretty close to the date, so it's hard to plan around. With those two caveats, it's a great con with a really wonderful laid-back atmosphere.
