Another great episode guys.

Thanks for clearing up some stuff. I've heard of a lot of techniques when dealing with this.
House Brands/Cheap Brands vs. Name Brands
It's good to hear that Vizio is still #1. I'm not totally convinced that I should use it as primary TV yet though. I think I'll get one as a bedroom TV.
Big Trouble in Little China
My mom is a big fan of that movie but telling her it's on Blu-Ray won't make a difference since she doesn't see the point of HD yet.

Just another great episode! I'm finding out how little I really knew about HD players and TV's (and tips!). Maybe after seeing more episodes, I might have enough info to make a intelligent decision on what HD setup to buy when I'm ready. Thanks for the info you are providing!

One little mistake is when it says '2 fast 2 furious' on the Tokyo Drift clip.
my fave episode by far. it's less formal than the earlier episodes and there's less of that weird bg music. i really like when Robert and Patrick just relax and chat. keep it up guys, looks like HDNation is coming together quite nicely. :)

One little mistake is when put '2 fast 2 furious' on the Tokyo Drift clip.
That's what happens when you have the words 'Fast' and 'Furious' flying every which way.

A bit of info for you, Insignia is a brand that's manufactured by many different companies. For the lcd tvs, some are made by LG, others are made by other companies.

According to reviews at blu-ray.com the extended version of the movie still has not made it on to the disc even though the box says it's included.

I had no idea it was so easy to make your own cleaning solution... it's just alcohol with water? WTF?

Great episode..... except!
Patrick, me lad, don't be wringing yer rags! This tears the base fabric and shortens the life substantially! Squeeze 'em as hard as ye like, but no wringing, and they'll last forever (YMMV, void where prohibited, not licensed by leprechauns and fairys, so there!).

Patrick, guys, this doesn't have to be your featured pick this week (and I'm probably getting this out too late for you to talk about it), but if you can, please give a bit of a mention to "Full Metal Panic: The Second Raid" coming out on Blu-Ray. As more and more anime series come out in HD in Japan, it's kind of my hope that more of them, particularly the good ones like Full Metal Panic, get the Blu-Ray treatment in the US. However, for that to happen, more awareness needs to be built up for the those titles outside of anime fandom. Shows like HD Nation are great ones for letting people know that shows like Full Metal Panic are coming out (or films like Akira, or, down the road, Ghost in the Shell*).
*And, hopefully, Miyazaki's stuff, eventually.
