There is a web 2.0 trend among the top 100 technoratti bloggers to publically display their stats.

It does not seem to be so taboo as with the web 1.0 generation.

This would be perfect timing for DIGG to start the trend among top social sites.

How may hits come from Google, Yahoo or other social sites and online news web pages with their 'digg this' links?

Are the Alexa and Compete stats really accurate?

It would be one of the most intriguing tech stories of the year! :D

If the stats are true to what they are claiming, I don't see why they wouldn't want to show them off, hell I would be interested in seeing them.
As far as Alexa and Compete, I have read many articles stating that they are notoriously inaccurate. I don't know for sure but that is what I read in more than one place.
