Headphones for about $100

Hello, I'm looking to getting some nicer headphones, but I don't want to go much over $100. I am okay with any formfactor, but "over ear" is what I'm looking at more right now. One thing to note, I have rather large ears. I'd like something very comfortable with good sound quality, and I think I'd like noise canceling as well. I'd be using these for PC gaming, listening to mp3s (might rerip lossless if I become an audiophile :-X), watching movies, flying airplanes...fairly pedestrian uses. Just hitting up Newegg I found a couple pairs and was looking for and insight into these specifically as well as any additional suggestions!
