Learn how to have a floating fire demon rip out the soul or your kid brother. Demon does not equal Mr. HappyPants, but the next best thing. :D

Another awesome episode, Brain Brushwood is officially made of win.
If anyone wants to see more of him and the FilmRiot guys, some of them have been on his show at Brian Brushwood Live Show (http://bbliveshow.com/).
I totally forgot about that Netflix ad, to the point were I was supervised again when the dudes arms and legs fell off, very good one of my favorites.
What's with the bizarre non-sequiturs guys? Is there any point to them or are they purely for the funny.

That's some very cool stuff I'll have to try out with After Effects when I get a chance.

dear god could you suck any more
why dont you show the kiddies how to expose for a flame and do it practically before compositing it in..skills that would go allot further in there future, also there's no lens flair as the light of the flame passes through the camera lens,...easy fix ..this was hard?
+ there is no light being admitted from the flame...Brushwoods face should have been glowing from all that light
also after effects blows teach a real compositor Fusion, Nuke, even Shake for god sakes

I've been a little behind watching Rev3 videos lately, but I would like to add that I thought this episode was pretty funny. I'm surprised that Brian Brushwood's hair isn't on fire more often.

Well a quick search of the web shows the Apple discontinued Shake on July 30 of this year. Might be tough for a newbie to get their hands on the software now.
As for Nuke. Interesting pricing structure. A license costs £2,300/$3,500 AND you MUST buy at least the first year of support at £650/$1,000. Now I have no problem with a professional software company changing a reasonable fee for their product. The fees do however make it tough for a novice to buy this product.
Fusion's pricing also takes it out of the realm of home tinkerer.
