I read the book after Dan raved about it on the show and loved it. the sequel was good to. the trailer hits some memorable moments from the book and Cera looks funny (although alot different from how i imagined reading it)
What do you guys think?

I haven't read the book but it looks good, although I might be getting a little tired of Cera's typecast character.

The mustache is the ONLY thing about this that I might enjoy.

I haven't read the book. But this looks like it could go either way. I really doubt I will see it in theaters though.

How can people say type cast on this one? I think the movie looks very, very cool. And watching Cera play a role like that, the "evil" part of the character, looks so interesting to me. Totally against his type.
Definitely looking forward.

Michael Cera's getting too old to play these teen roles. This one looks funny enough but yeah, same old Cera. I'm just going to wait for Scott Pilgrim and Arrested Development to see him again in a theater.

Not according to Hollywood. He's only 21, and he's a bit baby faced. He'll be able to play teens for another 7 or 8 years.
That book is sitting in my pile of unread books, and will probably be the next thing I read so that I'll finish it before the movie comes out. I've had too many people tell me how great it is, or tell me to read it when I mention how much I love A Confederacy of Dunces (which I can't help but wonder, is that because Confederacy of Dunces is mentioned on the book itself? Other than funny, I'm not sure what they could have in common.)
