Please just pull down the levels whenever Kevin or Alex decide they have to scream into the microphone. Distortion is one thing, but blowing out my speakers and ears is another. I don't know if you get a lot of comments like this, and I know it's already a lot of work, but please take it into consideration.

Kevin and Alex need to stop telling Glen to chug beer. He obviously doesn't like doing it, and his half-hearted attempt at it when forced to do it isn't fun to watch. And the hippie jokes are getting old. It's funnier when they don't do it every five minutes.

They get Glenn do it because he can do it better than Kevin or Alex... Alex can't chug at all so redirects to Glenn so no one notices he didn't do it. Not saying that to put him down or say he's a pussy or anything, I can drink nearly everyone I know under the table but I can't physically open my throat and chug stuff... Alex needs to man up and say he's not going to do it any more. It's embarrassing seeing him fail.

I definitely agree with that. I cringe a little whenever they make some of there lame hippie jokes. But other then that, I enjoyed this episode.

Am I the only one who can't stand Alex when he does live shows? I love him on TRS and regular diggnations but for some reason I just hate him when he is doing live shows. He just spews nonsense all the time and it seems so forced to me.
Pretty decent episode though
also this crowd sure did love to yell at the guys didn't they. It was just people yelling at a stage for most of it. Found that to be rather rude, it is ok to a point but not the whole show.

I agree it was a bad comment and it was probably something you shouldn't say on a live show, but if we stop kidding ourselves we can see that he is absolutely correct. Anyone who says otherwise is either a: ) a girl and doesn't understand what goes through guys' heads even if they deny it (no offense intended towards girls), or b: ) being completely dishonest with themselves
this is definitely one of my top 5 favorite live shows... there was just waaaayy too much beer to say it wasnt good. more beer always means a better show.

It was mostly one group of 6-8 ASU student in the front row. I thought early on they were going to get booted but Alex and Kevin seemed to use it as a way to talk back to the audience. IDk, it was rather annoying when I was there. Lots of yelling. It was still a funny show. The look on their faces when they first met the go-daddy girls was priceless. It was an interesting experience. I'll go to it again the next time they come to Arizona.

True that. I'm a freak as much as the next guy, but man... you shouldn't be saying that shit. I mean I laughed, but only at poor, poor Alex. So wrong. lol. That's the kind of stuff you say in your mind or at least after the taping. But then again, I don't drink, so he might have been drunk...? Still. Oh Alex.
Otherwise, I loved the episode. I liked the GoDaddy girls and the antics that ensued with them. But again, that Alex moment was just an "OH!" moment, you know?

To his defence, he was pretty drunk and I do think he had an internal "oh shit" moment right after he said it. Still inexcusable.

Also, I have to agree, it was funnier when Hippies "Rec Use" was on the DL. and the occasional slip of a comment came out. Now every show there are open comments about Glenn.
And this was easily one of my top 5 episodes. Although some of the people in the crowd needed to get the hell out of the sun. They have fried their brains.

I think Alex was just shy of "Reno drunk" in this episode. Hence the ill-placed Veronica joke. Other than that, I thought this was one of their best live episodes (and thus, one of their best episodes period).
One of the stories bugged me though. Haven't they done the white tiger story before? I remember coming across it on Digg back around 06, and I thought I found it through Diggnation.

Aside from the Belmont comment, I thought Alex was great this episode. Most of his jokes landed and he seemed like he was genuinely having a good time with the crowd. Though when he did make the Belmont remark, it was awkward hearing complete silence from the audience and only him laughing.

It was definitely one of the better Live shows in a while. Laughed out loud a few times. I loved the energy of the crowd compared to Vegas, although they were a bit yell-y/peanut-gallery/etc.
I'm going to echo the 'lay off Glen' comments. It was funny at first, especially when it was more discreet and less frequent. Now, every show they're trying to get him to chug, talking about and basing jokes on him toking up, etc. The guys I watch it with and I are just waiting for glen to stand up and pour his beer on those two mid-show. It's one thing to rag on your friend, it's also fun to have a running gag, but it's quite another to beat it into the ground.
And same with the 'let's chug'. Alex isn't so good at it (don't worry, neither am I), and it's especially awkward to chug from bottles. It's just not fun to watch.
I'm going to have to rewatch the ep though - I totally missed the inappropriate joke somehow. What time was it at?

51:51 almost exactly. Kevin begins by saying "I have a question" or something like that. I just saw it again just to see if the audience really does quiet down.

I don't think the audience went quiet but I heard zero laughs. I and I think the audience had the same reaction as kevin. It was definitely a WTF reaction. Though, in alex's defense he was obviously joking and it seemed like it was intended as a razz on kevin more than anything. It wasn't one of his finer moments though...

And that comment on Veronica... I'm a 100% sure Alex has made that kinda comment before, not even long ago, and just like then, it was just a joke. Bad or good, I don't know. I laughed. I think a lot of people here just take this all way too seriously. I think Kevin knew just as well as Alex that it was just meant to be a dumb little joke.

sad but true... i think to be a celebrity/cewebrity nowadays you have to have a thick skin. if you let even a small % of the negative comments affect you, you might go crazy like some celebs have.
I had a podcast for a little bit and i received personal negative comments all the time. and we only had a few hundred views so I can imagine what they must get.

first I am sorry we left without warning, we weren't expecting it either :(
A few things all came together at once to make it almost impossible to film for a couple weeks. i.e. we lost our "studio", both of our schedules changed drastically and a couple other things.
The good news is... is that things are going to change again in late Sept. so I can say with almost certainty that by the end of Sept NER should be back every week. I guess you can say we took an unexpected summer hiatus. Thanks for caring... :D

I would barely consider them coworkers, sure they work for the same company but she films in studio and he doesn't. I work in a hospital and I dont consider people in other units my coworkers.

this show looked fun as hell, i wish more live diggnations were like this. as for the "veronica" comment, that wasn't a disrespectful comment toward her, but rather a joke on kevin. anyone who has been watching knows kevin has a crush on her. the comment was like "and kevin wants his penis in/around her mouth" which is a complete rag on him and should embarrass him, not her. if it were the other way around and he said "and she wants kevin's penis in/around her mouth" then it would be an insult toward her. some of you need to quit watching if you're this uptight about some shit 2 drunk guys say on a couch during an internet show. do we have a bunch of moms watching diggnation now?
