This looks really interesting.
Anyone heard or seen anything other than the trailer? Any prescreening buzz?

Have you seen the short that it's based on? (don't have a link at hand)

It's the short that gets me excited for the film because it's extremely original. Though haven't heard anything on the actual film yet, but hoping it'll be just as successful as District 9 (at least in terms of talk).

i think i'm still on the fence on this movie, it looks interesting. I will most likely see it and go in with low expectations, which is a good thing lately

It's going to be one of my top10 movies of the year, and the trailer is completely badass due to song choice. Can't fucking wait.

Does anyone know what the release for the movie is even going to be like? Am I going to actually be able to see it in theatres since I don't live in or near L.A or N.Y?
Or is this going to be another Hurt Locker that doesn't play within 100 miles of any town smaller than a million people.

I saw the short movie this was based on when I saw The Animation Show, which blew me away. I'm pumped to see it. I think the release should be fairly widespread. It's coming to my local cineplex and I'm not in a very big city in Canada.

Yeah it seems like it's gonna be pretty wide. I'm also surprised Hurt Locker didn't open somewhere near you, it was in two of my city's local theatres and I'm hardly in an artistic hub of Canada.

Although, Hurt Locker was on the internet several several months ago, I watched it last Fall.

I'm going to go see it tomorrow afternoon and I'll let you guys if it lives up to my hyping of it.
