Syncing iPhone calendars and Exchange

Hey gang,

I'm a road warrior - someplace different every week! No matter what I do, I can't get my iPhone Calendar to change the times of my appointments when I change time zones. No matter what I do, my appointments show Central Standard Time.

There is a work around involving turning off the auto adjusting for the time zone on the phone. But I'd like to avoid that if possible.

I use Exchange for email and calendars. Any suggestions?

I love all things Rev 3, and Patrick and Veronica in particular!

personally, I have my iPhone sync with google calender and then my exchange calender sync with google. It works fairly well. not sure what you can do about the time zones though.
