I am not a fan of the kindle, but it sure looks more and more tempting with all the hacks I see.

Thanks for the report on the audio sync. We know what the problem is and should have a fix version in a couple of hours.

For all of you who will use the phone number @ trick for text messaging, if you use gmail, go to 'settings' and click on 'labs.' They have and extension to let you text straight from the chat window without knowing the cell company of the other person. This also gives you a number for replies instead of your email.
