I have a Vizio LCD TV and the screen cracked (or something behind the screen) so it is unwatchable. Is there a way to fix it? I don't have the know how or materials but would a repair shop be able to fix it? Does anyone know if it would be really expensive?

Yes. Take it to a repair shop and they will replace the LCD. That's the only way to fix it. Even if you had the know-how to do the swap yourself, chances are it will be next to impossible for an individual to find someone to sell them the replacement LCD. But don't be surprised to find out that it will cost enough to make you consider just buying a new TV. Replacing the LCD of a TV, monitor, or laptop is the single most costly repair possible.
Edit: Oh, what I mean by "the only way to fix it" isn't necessarily that an individual can't swap the LCD. Its that there is no way to glue the cracked part together and make it work, etc.
