I'm a little unclear as to what revision3 is and how it corelates to diggnation. Anyone feel like explaining this to me? I'm a big fan of the show and haven't missed an episode... Just wanted to figure this out.

Revision3 is kind of like a distributor. Do you know about Twit.tv? Revision3 distributes a variety of podcasts via there website. In a way you can think of it like this....

Food Channel : 30 Minute Meals

Revision3 : Diggnation

Think of Revision3 as being a TV network like NBC.

The network then has different shows it produces and broadcasts, such as Diggnation, Infected, Pixel Perfect, etc.

I didn't know about twit.tv, I do listen to the twit podcast quiet frequently though. I really am excited about this digg community. I love the show, and wish they would come to Chicago sometime. :)

I agree, they should definitely come to Chicago. I have the perfect venue, too: Piece Pizza (http://www.piecechicago.com) in Wicker Park. Microbrewery, Pizza, Stage, Large Open Space, Kickass Neighborhood, Laidback People. All check. Plus their sign is a pizza peace sign :D

Anyways, one thing people are also failing to mention about Rev3's relation to Diggnation is, of course, that Kevin Rose helped to found Rev3. Rev3 was founded by Jay Adelson, Kevin Rose, Dan Huard, David Prager, and Ron Grodetsky (sp?). So, that would be the biggest relationship... if you ask me ;)

PS, come to Chicago! (everybody!)

Yes, please come to Chicago, but there's no need to rush. Come during the summer when I don't have so much crap going on. :)

I know exactly what you mean! Living in Canada can drastically reduce the chances of seeing a live Diggnation.
