Service Not Starting

I have a service set to run as Local System and it will not start, I set it to ./administrator and it will start up no problem, but the program I am running needs this service to be set to Local System in order for it to work properly. Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Try setting the service throw msconfig.exe in run dialog. If that doesn't work reinstall the program. More information please, Age of computer, OS, program name, technical information, anything?
