command line type program launcher

Ok i am looking for a command line like program that will let me type in program names and what not and be able to launch em. Another possibility would be where i could set like phrases and have it launch a specific program ie WoW > runs world of warcraft

You might try your hand at creating batch or .bat files. once you do the first one you can copy it to a new file name and change just a few things so you do not have to reinvent the wheel. I have used programs that will do automatic setup, but you end up doing so many mods it was eaier for me to do it from scratch.
