Hi everyone,
While watching the latest Diggnation through Democracy player, I began to wonder if and how does Revision3 calculate or measure the popularity of their shows. There are obviously many different RSS aggregators, media players, etc with which you can watch/listen to vidcasts/podcasts. For example, you can watch it straight in the Flash player in your browser, on Digg.com's podcasts section, or get the RSS feeds sent to a media player/aggregator. Do these various methods get taken into account equally in determining how popular a show is? For instance, one of my favorite Rev3 shows is Ctrl+Alt+Chicken, but there hasn't been an episode in a while, and I hope the show is sticking around, and not going by the wayside because perhaps it's not being perceived as popular enough (now, I could be, and probably am, way off, being that CAC is probably a very popular show).
Anyway, I'm just curious - how you watch Revision3?
Thanks,
William
