Hahaha... wasn't expecting that "Make It Rain" rap video. I wish the recent episodes were a bit longer, I'm sure there is lots of stuff to make a tutorial of.

LOL! Every one of these episodes has been wildly hilarious! The episode seemed a little short this time around though :(.
Also, it seems like things could get interesting with rain wands + cameras and other delicate electrical equipment.

I wonder how much rain that wand would even make. The area doesn't seem very big.

There seems to be some issues with the large xvid. I can play all the other episodes fine but this one is much smaller (30MB instead of 70MB+) and there's less video than there is audio.

Something that made me think after watching todays episode, filmriot sent me a friend invite the other day on youtube and now today their video looks A LOT like mine. Maybe just a coincidence, but still weird.

Just watched your video, funny stuff, good job. But it was the first time I have seen it. Revision3 manages the Film Riot youtube page when it comes to friending and subbing.

That is why I said having two would be better. But even with one there is a nice amount of ground covered.

I think someone messed up the encoding. I watched the 720p version and that is 13 fps.

Anyone else having trouble watching the 30FPS MP4? I downloaded it twice and even restarted my computer to make sure it wasn't a problem on my end, but in VLC, the video will only play for about a minute (at any spot) and then freeze for a few seconds before continuing on without sound.

You know what I would love to see as a quick tip or something? In the make it rain video, how you timed the flashes of black with the music. Would love to see that, thanks!
Well, that as well as something overall on editing to audio.

Could you please re-download the file. There was a problem with it originally, but the has been fixed and replaced.

Please re-download the episode. There was a problem that has since been fixed and replaced. Should be 55MB or so.

Thanks, glad you like it. I assumed you didn't have anything to do with the youtube page. Maybe great minds think alike...or we are both filled with insane ideas.

6 mins? Can that even be considered an "episode"? They could easily increase the episode times but just doing into a little more detail. Sucks to wait an entire week for 6 mins of video (a minute of which is devoted to commercials).

Funny, I felt the same way, then considered what I was paying to see the show. The show is a victim of its own success it seems. We like it too much, or at least I do, but it did show you how to make an effect. I would have liked to see more of that music vid though. ha

First off I'm not a plummer and never let it be said that I dissed the duct tape method, but I think a few other products might help with the leaks. First off, before applying the PVC glue you should swab it with a primer and this will ensure a better bond from the glue. For the threaded connection there's Teflon tape that should be wrapped around the threads before connecting. This should provide a water tight seal and remove the need for duct tape.

Buy some teflon tape from the plumbing section and wrap around the male threads of the joints to create a leak proof seal that is more effective and better looking than duck tape.
When using it, wrap around clockwise (same direction you will be turning the female connection) and go around all threads three times; then just pull until the tape breaks, super easy.
