Pretty sure this skin is fair game to whoever buys it from vBulletin or whatever message board system this site uses. In fact, I'm pretty sure I remember when the forums were first released, someone posting a forum that already used this theme asking why Revision 3 didn't customize it at all. If that site paid to use the skin, they have every right to.

Umm a skin is a skin who cares??? its the core content of the site that matters... although the way its compiled matters alot too

Well, there's a whole thread of people calling that site a rip-off and spam, when it could very well be a legitimate site that paid every penny to use that theme. I don't care about that site enough to look at it twice, but an entire thread bashing it when the Revision 3 forums could be considered just as much of a "copy" is just wrong.

whoopteedoo i for one dont really care if anothersite steals the bloody skin.... now if they stole the content from revision 3 then i would have reasons to bash.

Imitation of web design happens all the time, not much you can really do about it. I remember seeing skins made too look like Slashdot before for wordpress blogs.
