Problem with iTunes feed?

I'm having an issue getting the shows on my iPhone. Every time I sync, I'm presented with the following error message:

"Some of the videos in your iTunes library, including the video 'The 30 Second Challenge! - AppJudgment', were not copied to the iPhone 'Todd's iPhone' because they cannot be played on this iPhone."

In all, I have 5 problematic episodes listed and they're all Revision3 shows. In the details box, each episode says the video format is not support by the iPhone.

Any ideas? I have an iPhone 3GS with OS 3.1.

Are you subscribed to the HD version? The iPhone/iPod devices do support those formats. If you're subscribed to the HD version, please subscribe to the large version (http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=327087345) instead.

I happen to be subscribed to the HD version. I'll try the large version and see if that helps.
