Ray decides to take production into his own hands, excluding Alex from his new show about Nate's tech support job as the "Tech Yeti".

Watch or download this episode now! (http://revision3.com/webzeroes/techyeti)

Now we are rolling! This series is starting to pick up! Love the line "this one's for your career robert zemeckis." Great episode and can't wait to see what else these guys are going to deliver. I will definitely be tuning in all season. WZ FTW!

I watched the first episode and thought it was pretty good for a pilot episode but it was quite far off from being entertaining. I've watched other shows on revision three start like this but soon take off, I just hope this picks up as it has great potential. Surely you could use some ideas and techniques from other shows like co-op and Film riot. The jokes, very geeky, but the way they're said just feels odd.

Will keep watching.

Yea, that seems to be the general consenus. The acting in Web Zeros is not so great. Though it was a bit better in ep.2

I laughed a bit more at this episode than the last.

I give episode one a 3/10

This one I'll give a 5/10

Still the same problems as the last episode, it just needs a little more refinement.

I told myself last week, "If the second episode isn't any better, I just won't watch it anymore."

Well, good job, you've got me tuning in next week :] Hopefully to see it get even better.

If I wasn't at work I would have laughed out loud a few times. It was a definite improvement. Looks like you guys are loosening up. Looking forward to episode 3!

Its coming along, I have a feeling it will hit its stride soon. It just has to find its feet. Keep it up

Hmm I'll reserve my judgment for another few weeks but I'm still not sure about it. Kudos for trying new things though.

I didn't like the product placement last time but this one was integrated well. I didn't mind it.

This episode was definitely an improvement from last time. The jokes are very geeky, which is a good thing, and I can see how they would be funny, but the delivery is the problem IMO. Not sure how the production process goes but maybe do a few takes telling the joke a few different ways and pick the best one in post. I think delivery is 99% of what makes a joke funny.

As I said earlier, I like the geek references in the jokes, but to me it seems like its a flood of references. Maybe cut back a little on those and do more non-geek jokes.

Maybe add more of a solid story line to the show. I get that the guys are trying to become famous but adding more of a story line would give more opportunity for situational comedy. This might be hard to do in the 10 minute shows. It may be too much to ask but maybe you could consider doing half-hour shows like typical TV sitcoms.

Again, definitely improving. Hope the trend stays.

Episodes need to be longer.
Rev3 has enough <10minute segment shows. Ads are a larger percentage of time the shorter the episode is.

Because this show is so short, it doesn't have any time to develop--which is exactly what a sitcom is.. a development.. a progression. Right now it feels like a bunch of joke segments strung together extremely fast. The jokes seem like they're delivered on cue and not naturally.

Either make the shows longer, or take an extra week per episode to add more content. Fix these issues and it will be much better.

10 minutes is more than enough to tell a complete story.

Again, this week's episode was pretty "meh" ... the writing is very forced, as is the acting. You guys need to just relax when you act, and the writing needs to lose all the stupid references that no one will give a rat's ass about in 6 months time.

I followed these guys from Leet World. Fully awesome shows!

Question. Is there a way I can sync the Hi-Def versions of this show to my iPhone? iTunes is not letting me.

Thanks!

Do you really need the Hi-Def version if you're going to be watching it on your iPhone?

Good to see all the comments here. Once again, we appreciate the feedback good and bad, so thanks for taking some time out to add to the discussion. As far as the ad stuff goes, we're still trying to experiment with the best way to do them, so it will be touch and go for a bit before we get that figured out. Comments really help us see what works and doesn't work there. And even though we've already filmed 7 episodes, I'd like to think that our performances have loosened up as time went on. We will do our best to keep it in mind in the future.

Thanks again for watching and taking the time to comment.

Appreciate the response, always cool to see people talking with their viewers :) I'll keep on watching for the first season because it's clear you guys have vision and ideas to take it forward.

umm, better than episode 1... but still not that great. I think the first half of the episode was better than the second. I actually laughed out loud 2 or 3 times... though there were times in the second half where I turned to my roommate and seriously asked him "was that supposed to be a joke?"

It feels a little forced, just let it flow, try some more ad-libbing and its going to be good, plus

THE WIFE IS HOT, that alone will keep me watching!

I think the script/jokes/writing is solid. It's geeky and funny. I think the acting/delivery/execution really holds it back, though.

A few more takes, a stronger delivery, and more solid acting (you guys have it in you, you just don't feel strongly in character yet) would really improve the show.

I laughed pretty hard a couple of times, but the show needs to be stronger and more solid in presentation. The entire script right now feels forced. Everyone needs to relax and really get in character to make this take off.

I think this statement says it best.

Also: The integrated netflix ad was okay. It felt pretty natural within the scene it was in. Cleverly integrated ads aren't annoying, good job on that.

it was integerated in fairly well, however it still made me feel bad... hell I feel it's terrible when Diggnation does it in their show and it's clear they are doing ads. I'd much rather have it cut away from the show completely and do the Ad... it's one of the few things I wish they did like normal tv.

do you guys not realize they probably HAVE TO put the ads in there????

they are gonna be there no matter what - just deal with it.

yes, they HAVE to have ads. They DON'T have to integrate them into the show in such a way that makes it feel like they are selling out.

Alex is horrible with his character. His acting makes me cringe. Nate reminds me of Brian from Pete & Brian. I generally enjoy his character.

I really liked the integrated ad. It totally took me off guard, and it was the first Netflix ad I didn't fast forward. So, it worked. I watched an ad.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to bail on this show. Just isn't there and I have a short attention span. Nobody wants to watch something in which the acting and joke delivery makes them cringe with every new episode.

I'm sorry.....but this is just flat out bad.

Well I want wanted to subscribe to the Hi-Def feed and sync with my iPhone all with the same feed. Now I just subscribe to the Hi-Def for watching on my Mac and Quicktime Large for syncing with my iPhone. Kind of annoying having to subscribe to both but whatever.
