View Full Version : Can't Enable PM or Email options

For some reason, in my User CP, email notification and private message options are disabled by default. When I check the checkboxes to enable them and then click save changes, the changes don't save. Other features on that page (subscription mode, time zone, etc.) seem to be able to save, but PM and email options won't save. I've tried logging in and out, logging in on other browsers and making changes, still not saving.

I already used the forum administrator contact form the other day and haven't gotten any response.

Please help! I want to be able to PM and receive email from other forum members.

Check your PM. You should have received one from me and you should be able to send others PMs.

Thanks for the help! :)

PMs are now working and the receive email from administrators box is finally enabled as well.

"Receive Email from Other Members" and "Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages" still don't seem to be saving when I try to enable them, but it won't bother me too much if they can't be fixed.
