I don't mind if you put adds to substitute commercials like a normal show but putting the netflix crap into the dialog is terrible, it degrades the already questionable quality of the show. It was also really annoying when the characters shamelessly include netflix dvds into the scenes, when you do things like this people will catch on and it will inevitably fail as a show, you don't actually think people will like this do you?

So far it seems to be going nowhere, it doesn't bring anything unique to the viewers (like "The Guild" for instance) to keep people watching, the characters are hard to care about and the acting looks and sounds like it's being read from a script, there's no passion or care.

Thanks for the feedback. In terms of product placement, as Revision 3's first fully scripted series, it's probably going to take a season to figure out just how to do the ads in a way that works really well. The Netflix product placement you're mentioning only happens in the first two episodes, and hasn't happened since. How far have you watched into the series?

Story takes time to build momentum, characters take time to unpack, and our performances take a few episodes to feel more natural. I think with time, each and every one of your complaints is addressed. Hopefully you stick around long enough for that to work out. Thanks again for the comment.

I haven't noticed much product placement myself, I like the use of "Bobby King, King of the Internet" to talk about the sponsors. For me the show had kind of a slow start but now the characters feel more fleshed out and the acting has improved. However, a few lines fall flat here and there, and some of the delivery still feels a little forced.

When it all comes down it it, Web Zeroes is one of the better new shows on revision3 and the internet in general.

That's because it was only in the first few episodes. They started separating the ads from the main show after the complaints came in.

The fact that we hated the in episode ads had something to do with it too....

I found the product placement amusing. It made me laugh, but don't do it again. (funny the first time sorta thing).

I guess i'm the only one who really LOVED the embedded ads?

I was looking forward to giggling as they found more and more creative ways to plug the sponsors without stopping for a commercial break.
