Turtles in Time: Reshelled is a good pick IMO. I've never played Reshelled, but I did play the original --- a long time ago.

Whenever I think of best Multiplayer games, I think back to ye olde arcade. Beat-em-up games like Street Fighter II, Final Fight, Sunset Riders, Knights of the Round, POW Prisoners of War, Captain Commando etc..

The more joysticks the arcade machine had -- the merrier.
