Looking for Collection of Sound Effects and Music Loops

I feel the need the need to use Adobe Audition to make some new music but I need a good place for source materials. Like the topic says looking for maybe a site or something that has sound effects and music loops/beats that are public domain or released under Creative Commons. Anyone know of any?

This response isn't mean to sound like "Why don't you just search Google?", but honestly, just search Google. Whenever I need sound effects that's what I do, and you can usually find some good sites in the first few results. I think something like A1 Sound Effects or something should be on of them.

I am very good at Google and all things Web 2.0 but I came here because I would get something google doesnt offer, peoples personal experiences. But I will go google around since it seems no one is that knowledgeable

Anyway here is what I turned up on google seems to be pretty good offers a preview before you download and you can even get multiple loops going at once so you can kind of get an idea for how it is going to turn out:

Also, I notice a lot of games and TV Shows seem to use the same songs and sound effects leaving me to believe they are public domain or something if someone could find this library of music/sfx you get mad points from me :D
