I'm gonna assume that your into a lot of techno/electronica. It needs some percussion and maybe a wider range of instruments.
i once was a big techno fan, and to me it's pretty good, but needs some work of course.

Yeah I know its shit like I said its a new system and Im in desperate need of more loops. Actually, not a big fan of techno. I just find it real easy to do. Also, I had emo kids but like all the lyrics I use to write for songs where emo as hell. Perhaps at my core I am "emo" but Im not a working incarnation of it. If anything Im more techie/punk. On my old setup I had access to a wide variety of different loops but it limited in most other ways. This one gives me more freedom to tweak stuff just need more loops for it :D

What do you use to make music?

Well before hehe I use to use Rockstar Beat Maker or some flash shit. I mean it was really good for what it did. They had about 200+ loops by different artist. Now Im using Adobe Audition which is also what we are using for our podcast. And of course I just search the net for public domain/creative commons released loops.
We are also looking into getting a MIDI Input for a couple Guitars and Bass to create our own loops.

At first I thought the thread title said "New song about me"
But that would be every emo song out there. Or at least the entire Smiths catalogue. ;)
My Ex was heavily into techno/electronica for the entire length of our relationship, and one of our good friends is Mark Gage (vapourspace) so I have a reasonably good grasp on the genre. My review: Not too shabby. Would be a good underlying motif for a longer more layered tune. I kept waiting for something else aural to be added as it went along...
Keep playing. fun stuff.
Hope you guys know that emo originally stands for emotive, but if you want to go with the stereotype emotion, what rock, jazz, and every other type doesn't have emotion.
my little rant.

A little dull, lacks depth, kind of repetitive (even for tehno). I despise all techno music...
Other than that, I think it's great!
