I am trying to type a colon followed by a capital D and I get the green smiley instead.
Amiga:Macintosh::iPhone:Droid
It should be iPhone : Droid with no spaces on either side of the ":".

It is a feature :D You can disable smilies under the "Additional Options" section when you make a post.

These forums also support tags. Anything between the tags will not be parsed, including bbcode and smileys.
