Asking for help from Diggnation fans

Hey I'm trying to get some video uploaded for the internet.
I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro2 but every compression codec I use gives me a file
size that is two large or the file is smaller but the video looks bad.

How does the Diggnation team get 50 minutes of good resolution 640x480 video in a large.wmv file format thats only 432MB

How are they doing this? what kind of Compression codec do you think they are using and what kind of camera are they using do you think?

It has nothing (or not much) to do with the camera, it's all about the compression. I would compress it into .avi. I used to have a program a while ago that would let me select the preferred file size and it would make the best looking video it could. I'll look into it some more...
