Good Free Forum Hosting?

I am looking for some good free forum hosting for a website I am working on. Just wondering if anyone knows of anything that looks good, is customizable, has lots of features, easy to use, and free. I know thats a lot to ask for but I'm asking.

I used to use Forumer.com (http://forumer.com) back in the day. They offer IPB, and phpBB forum hosting. In the time that I used them, they were a good host. I eventually decided to purchas a domain and hosting for my personal site though.

I have tried a lot of these things, and you won't get better than proboards. You can do everything you want to be able to do. When you go with the IPB or invision hosting, you end up wanting to do things that they end up restricting. But, it's up to you, obviously.
