Hey Rev3 Members,
This is a low moment for me and I'll explain why. For my 18th/Graduation my parents gave me a Toshiba Satellite P30 notebook computer. With it's 17" screen all glossy and sexy looking, I installed and loved playing Half Life 2. Little did I know that only 2 years later, this thing would begin to clunk out and die on me. It's been really showing it's age of late. The main concern is that the Processor is going to overheat itself to death. See, I live in Canada (Regina specifically) and it gets cold here. The temperature in the winter ranges from 10 degrees Celsius to -35 degrees Celsius, so cooling the thing with an open windows is not a problem. Frostbite, on the other hand, is. If I could afford it, I would but over 11 grand a year in tuition is taking its toll on my finances.
Basically, I'm begging here. I can't function and type papers on this overheating, underportable, monstrosity. So I'm turning to the community to lend a hand. If you can spare a few bucks, and don't mind sending them my way, please go here (http://cocacolaninja.blogspot.com/) and click the donate button.
Thanks in advance for any help that you can spare.
Cheers,
Eric
