Does anyone know any FREE ways to download videos off of YouTube? (Preferably in Mp4 Format) I did see a way on Digg that led me to a page for a FireFox extension, but based on the reviews the extension was SpyWare. If anyone could help that would be great. :D

Are you referring to Download helper?
I've used that one with good results, but I'd be curious if this is the one you saw reviews about it being spyware?

Regardless, please provide links to whatever you're talking about for the benefit of others.

Yeah and there is some kind of Code you can put into the URL Bar on google video that will allow you to download the video as its source. So Ive always found vids on YouTube then checked to see if they are on google video to download.

Thanks for the sites and Firefox add-ons you guys, bt whenever these are downloaded they are saved as .flv files. How can I get them to Mp4 for my PSP? And I have Windows, so iSquint is out of the question.

Try this with Download Helper. I think it should work.
Example:
There's a Youtube video you want. Go to the YouTube page with the video. The download Helper icon in your toolbar will activate indicating there is a video to download.
Click the dropdown menu to select what video on the page you want to save.
A dialog box pops up saying "Save file as" Change the file extension to whatever type of file you want. .mov .mp4 or whatever format. And click ok.
It should download and save in the file format you specify.
Give that a try and see if it works for you.

Hmm. I thought that would work.
Here's a link to a shareware program that will convert Flash to whatever file format. There's a free trial, but eventually you'd have to pay to use it.
Haven't used it, but looks like it would do the job. I found it from a site where I find a lot of the shareware I use
http://www.flash-on-tv.com/flash-to-video.html
Then there is this one that is free:

I've never used this either.

I've used the flash to video Converter (http://www.flash-on-tv.com/flash-to-video.html) ,too. I love its beautiful interface.I have an iPod, and I also got a Zune from ebay as a price of $299, I can use this software to help me to watch my flash on both.
And I an a little regretting for Zune, it is powerful than iPod but heavier, too.
