There Was an Error Loading Your Video
We're sorry, there was an error while trying to load your video. If you are watching a video embedded on a site other than Revision3.com, try contacting the owner and letting them know. If you are on Revision3.com, hang tight and we'll be right back!
I tried it in FF, IE, Opera, and chrome. Also updated flash and did the whole restart business.
Anyone have any thoughts?
Edit: this is on revision3.com

Since yesterday I can't access any of the shows as well, i keep receiving the same error message from the site. I had to download the shows in order to watch them, witch is fine but, I didn't use to have this problem before.
The shows in question are Pixel perfect, HD Nation and Tekzilla, but I have tried other and it's the same thing. I just happened to upgrade my flash player plug in yesterday, prior to the show failure, don't know if that´s a clue.
I'm a revision 3 follower from México and have been following there stuff for a while, so if anyone can shade some light on the issue, all of us that have this same problem will be forever grateful, and I'm sure I am not alone on this one.
Cheers!!

Got it running now, here's the scenario:
Firefox, and Chrome gave me the message mention above, so I try on Internet explorer, and the videos work just fine. So I went to Firefox again but this time I ran the browser on private mode, and the video now download just fine, so I exit private mode and I assume the trouble is browser internet configuration related, more specific proxy configuration, so on firefox I enter OPTIONS/ ADVANCED / NETWORK(tab) / press the button for settings, and on the pop up window, select auto-detect proxy settings, don't know if this is the default slot, but my browser didn't had it.
Now the videos are back on line, this work for me hope it works to yo.
P.S. Haven't try this on chrome, but at least Firefox it's running nice and smooth

I just found the problem. It's with Apple QuickTime.
Was anyone offered a QuickTime update recently? If so, then it turns out that it may have been a glitchy update; it wouldn't let me adjust my file types. Thankfully, there's a fix for this:
Go to Start -> Programs -> QuickTime -> Uninstall. When the menu pops up, select Repair.
Once it's fixed, open QuickTime. Go to Edit -> Preferences -> QuickTime Preferences -> File Types (tab) and adjust your file types accordingly.

I'm having the same problem with Firefox. I have tried all the above recommendations and reinstalled Adobe Flash and Firefox. I have no problems with other web sites using imbeded video, so far Revision3 is my only non-functioning site..
I just tried IE and the site does function properly. Firefox did perform an update to v 3.5.7 since I last used Revision3.

Well, I guess it must be a Quicktime problem. I just removed Quicktime from my computer and now all of the Revision3 vidoes play. A Quicktime repair did not work. Quicktime did update itself the last time I started iTunes....must be a conflict with the latest version and the way Revision3 with Firefox plays the videos.

Same message here. Maybe something to do w/ tuesday's windows update? use XP media center and firefox. Hate Quicktime, have it installed but havent used it in months so dont think its the culprit.
Just contributing some info. I dont watch the embed. I D/L .wmvs and watch at my leisure. Happy 2010 everyone.

All videos working fine for me now. I didnt mess w/ any settings. I might have rebooted my pc once in the last few days (not sure tho cause I usually run my pc 24/7 and only reboot when an app freezes up or when an installation requires it).
Whatever y'all did... good job

I am also getting the errors discussed here. If I mess with it forever it works. Tried all above and no go.

Hello everybody, I just registered on this forum so I could let you know how frustating this issue is. I heard about Revision3 long time ago but I never really took the time to check what it was about. So I come here and try to watch some of the shows, only to get that annoying message on every single video I tried. I haven't really tested on IE - I'm using ubuntu. I guess I could try booting in XP, but frankly, if that's what's gonna take for me to watch the shows, I don't think I'm interested.

It seems that there is a very popular Firefox Add-On that installs some ad programs in the background without informing the user. These ad-servers seem to conflict with the flash ads that show before the Rev3 show begins, and thus crashes their flash player.
The programs that were installed without my knowledge on my system were these:
LoudMo Contextual Ad Server
FLV Direct Player
After removing these products, and restarting Firefox manually (the software uninstaller restarts Firefox for you, but Rev3 Videos didn't start working until I manually restarted it) Revision 3 videos now play without issue.
This is not only a Firefox problem, as these programs are actually installed and work in any browser. This does not mean this is the problem you are experiencing - as the error you all are getting basically just means the player isn't working. Which could be caused by any number of issues. Could some of you vet this diagnosis and let me know if this fixes your problem?

The problem returned. I think this is why people get Brain Aneurysms.

If you are still having this problem, try this - it worked for me when nothing else I tried did.
Change the Global Storage Settings for your Flash Player. This is done online at:
http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.html
Make sure the "Allow Third-Party Content To Store Data On Your Computer" box is checked.
Hope this works for you.
