Hello folks,
I'm sure this is an easy question for most of you. I'm looking to buy the Sony Bravia 52W5100 (extensive feature set with Yahoo Widgets and built-in streaming-video options including Amazon Video On Demand and soon Netflix) and it seems like the new Boxee provides the same/similar services.

Would it be prudent to get the Boxee as well or not?

Trying to get the best bang for my limited bucks as the Bravia price point is what I can do.

A nice feature of the boxee box is the QWERTY remote and the commercial software support of boxee - even though it is freeware. There will be many more updates and boxee apps and Avner of boxee says the platform will be very modder friendly so expect many neat 3rd party hacks if you are into that sort of thing but remember it uses a TEGRA 2 ARM core, so no Windows.

Suggestion - Get the TV, try out the native streaming features and try boxee on your computer at your computer. If you prefer boxee then perhaps buy a Box. I would also expect the native UI to be a lot more sluggish than the Box.
