HAHA! I love the Japanese and all their crazyness.If anything I want more Japanese stuff to come to the west like past gens of gaming,I just can't get into most western developed tastes this gen.

Though as much I love Japanese games stuff like that is too much for me personally but still makes me laugh watching the vids of it.

Hah, Muscle March is amazingly Japanese. I think it's up there with Katamari Damacy. :D
I still can't understand where these types of things fit into Japanese culture, or if they're really just trying to laugh at themselves. Although, I suppose this sort of thing may fall into the "Americans will never understand" category. I know I sure don't.

Muscle March looks very much like an even crazier "Hole In The Wall" (a game show, they've made a British version - it's terrible)
