Hello, i was wondering how many webmaster are they in the revision 3 board honestly?

Can we have a show of hands of how many peeps here own a website? :o

i "own" 3 or 4 sites and i admin easily another 5-10 sites or forums for friends/people i work with

I don't have my own website anymore, but I'm currently an administrator on one website/message board. I've ran or worked for probably 5 or 6 websites from the time I was 14 or so.

I own 3 domain names. Only 1 of them has hosting though. Also I have and know how to setup Apache Web Server and UnrealIRCd.

Apache i'm a little meh about...i prefer lighttpd...but UnrealIRCD is awesome and i know how to set that up as well...and i'm an admin on a few (6 or 7) IRC networks (including 2 of my own) and i've got channel ops on probably upwards of 20 channels

Yeah I did the UnrealIRCD just for the learning experince. I would love to know a MAC IRC server app because my MAC Mini never goes off where as my PC is always going off and being reset.

i believe since Mac OS X is pretty much BSD, you can probably install lighttpd or Apache on it...and if you can't do it stock, i KNOW you can do it with Fink

By "webmaster", do you mean someone that simply owns/builds websites? or someone who actually does that as their source of income?

I wouldn't fall under the latter category only because I put together sites for free.... well, if they wanted to feed me or something, fine... but because it's something I enjoy doing for others, I rarely accept $$$ for it.

...suppose that was my longwinded "yeah, I guess I'm one" answer for you. ;)
