where can i get lists for peer guardian to block? and when i get them, how do i use them?

Peerguardian doesnt do much. It's impossible to 'protect' yourself from being caught downloading something. If they want to catch you, they will.

I'd assume that Peerguardian has an 'update' button somewhere that might be worth pressing if you insist on using it.
