I dont understand the "Kevin's Shoes" fetishists. The only time I even took a notice was the Vibrams (SP?) w/ the toes. they looked weird and kinda neat. Ida gone w/ the other model that went up more to the ankle tho.

You guys really aren't grasping this concept. I can only speak for myself, but the reason I was interested in Kevin's shoes was not because of who was wearing them. Rather, I liked the shoes, and was curious where to find them. To me, it is the same as seeing a person on the street and asking about their watch, or saying, "Have you seen the shoes Bosh wears during games?"
Just because you ask about something someone owns/is wearing; does not mean you want to sweat their nuts, like most of you seem to imply.

How about finding your own shoes?
Don't suppose you saw last nights episode of House (S06E16 "Black Hole")?
House had issues with Wilson not being able to choose furniture for the condo without assistance. Similar situation, those that can choose shoes by themselves and can define their own sense of style tend to laugh at the ones that still have trouble dressing themselves. House didn't care hat Wilson chose, he just wanted him to make a decision by himself (OK, didn't work out in the end, but the Organ was cool :) ).
Figure out who you are. Realise its not Kevin Rose.
Zappos are a good place to start looking, as are online stores for the manufacturers.

So TokenUser, are you saying that because someone happened to be wearing something, I cannot like it, because they found it first?
My roomate came home the other day and said, "have you checked out that new Battlefield game? A friend at work said its pretty sweet. Thought it might be up your alley." However, because someone else liked it first, I cannot play it? Because I need to "find my own [games]?"

Wow, no need to be such a dick to the guy. He saw some nice shoes and wanted to know what they were. It would be no different than seeing an advertisement for some shoes and wondering where they could be purchased. For example, I got into Onitsuka Tigers via diggnation and they're probably the best shoes I own - I didn't buy them because Kevin wore them, I bought them because they looked nice. Little did I knew that they had great arch support, which made them a frequent brand whenever I needed shoes again.

I have the same white Adidas that Alex has. They hurt the hell out of my feet though so I don't wear them much anymore.
Was coming to ask the very same question haha. Those are some sweet looking sneakers. Guess I'm just another Kevin Rose wannabe!
I wish I was so rich that I could wear one-of-a-kind items, but I guess I'll just have to live with the shame of knowing that I'm not my own person because someone out in the world is wearing the same sneakers I am.
Anyway, thanks to the people who actually answered the question. Oddly enough the Nike store doesn't seem to have them...
