Okay, I guess this is the place for totally off-topic stuff. If there's another place for that, feel free to move this thread mods...
Anyway, I missed this "Urban Amish" thing from Season 06 of American Idol. I never watch that show but this part sounds like one of those "you had to see it for it to be funny" kind of things. YouTube didn't have a clip, or I couldn't find one and the americanidol.com site didn't have it that I could tell.
Did anyone watch it? Do you know where I can find a clip?

I guess that's sort of an oxymoron... Being electric and all that.
If they scoot around in the shag carpet and zapped their Uncle Jebediah, would that be against their religion? :confused:

The electric amish are a band that are regulars on bob and tom, they do cover songs sort of like Weird Al, but they take normal songs and make them about amish things... i guess its an Indiana thing...

yeah they do, but they have been around for years and years on bob and tom, I know I saw them in concert when I was around 14, which was 9 years ago...

Ooh, yeah, you kinda lost me on the first one. I had never heard of these guys. That's pretty cool. I can't believe they're really amish! :p
