I thought this show was awesome! This just solved a bunch of problems I've had when my images don't come out so well like that monkey!

that is crazy i always use the clone stamp on a single layer and it takes forever. after watching this show when i mess with pictures it takes me half the time...

THe clone stamp tool did not marry the single pixel for me? I did the alt click on the original then let off on the alt key. Then I went to the other image and alt click. I did not get the cross hairs that Bert got? I ahve sample all layers and aligned both checked. I have my brush set to one pixel...what am I doing wrong?

Nah seeing the corsshairs isn't important. i don't see them sometimes and I still get my extracted images to have the completed edges. eg. http://bp2.blogger.com/_lyGEfN_FZcY/RfCKDVczIHI/AAAAAAAAAAM/Gj0Wef9aU8M/s1600-h/GTA+IV.jpg

well I thought that might be the case so I went ahead and continured on.
I took a single pixal out of the eye...as instructed in Berts video
went to the image I needed to fix and started to clone. (near the hairline) and when I clicked on to start to paint (clone) it took the info form the area around the single pixel of the eye....
does that make sense?

so anyone have any ideas as to why it is not cloning correctly for me?
It's the Clone stamp tool that does this correct?---just making sure I have the right tool selected.

OK Look at Berts tutorial. I have taking his steps literal. Meaning what he say is waht I do...not knowing any of the shortcuts he may skin in the tutorial. He seesm to do this in a few tutorials he does.
can anyone help? Like I said I a following his tut word for word so he must be leaving something out.
