CAC is a Rev3 show, so they wouldn't have to "purchase it." Just have to decide to make more episodes.

I'd almost rather see more CAC than a Totally Rad show, honestly.

The proper verb is "produced."
For example: G4TV produces "X-play". G4TV purchases "Judgement day".
It's the difference between me brewing up my own batch of beer or me driving to the bevvy to make my selection.
Shame on Token for saying NO!

Magnumwarrior threw down the dare.
Do petition make any difference? I doubt it. I hope CAC comes back, and that Rev3 can start turning out regular content. CAC is definately one of my favourites.

Nice...spoken well my friend. This makes me want to cry on the inside...but only a little, and for a little while. Then I get over it, but it still makes me sad. CAC is NEVER going to come back..... :'( ALEX PLEASE MAKE ANOTHER CAC EPISODE. OF SOMETHING. Make a Shart bomb breakfast or something with chorizo....

Don't worry, we'll see another CAC before another episode of thebroken, if not I'll die on the inside.

did they give a reason why they're not producing any more shows?..quite a random halt,
i wondered why my itunes wasnt updating..thought i had to re-subscribe
magunwarrior

Life, that's a big reason.
But from what I've seen, I think we can call this unofficially dead, or thebroken status, episodes every now and then.
Seeing as how Alex is doing Diggnation, now his new show Outsourced, and the soon to be totally rad show, it may be a while till we see a new CAC.

Well, I doubt we'll see any CAC soon. although it's not to the point where I'd say we'd see Duke Nuke'em Forever before CAC, but it's getting there.

Yeah. They should replace it with a certain homebrew beer making podcast, or something...

Give us atleast one new long episode every month.
I miss CAC... It feels like ages since we've seen a new one. I keep hearing people talking about it on other shows but I keep thinking that they haven't made one in a while. I really hope that they make another one.

Wait, wasn’t it confirmed in some other forum that CAC was done? If it is, they should close this place down just so there's no confusion.

... Just trying to figure out how it's coming back...
Gotta be honest, and take this in the spirit of love and appreciation that it is meant...
Pointing a camera at a fun couple cooking food and joking around is not that tough. I think some people take the podcasting thing too seriously. It is the semi-amateur or total amateur aspect that gives most of the more popular shows their charm. Take Diggnation for example. Two guys on couch drink beer, talk tech. The end. That's all...
My homebrew beer podcast (no link so as not to spam) is a good time had by all. It's a good amount of work. But it is all fun. If CAC is mostly work and just a little fun then give it up. It will show in the final product. The audience will lose interest, and find CrashTestKitchen instead.
The most boring podcasts are the ones that try too hard to be 'network' quality. They are just wasting their money and time. Look at askaninja, ZeFrank, even Mr Deity (high quality video, but still low budget) and TikiBar, (same thing).
None of these would cut it on Network or even cable. Not as is, anyway. But they are a success on the web because we, the audience, expect semi-amatuer stuff. We see ourselves making, being this without huge budgets. It is why there are, analogously, six trillion garage bands, but only a handful of stadium bands.
So, in short, crank out a fun show once in a while. We don't care if the set is well lit, or the editing is flawless. We just want to enjoy your personalities and the subject matter.

CAC is not done... yup you heard it here it's n.o.t. done. Just trying to figure out how it's coming back, plus TRS has taken up a lot of my time and Girls on Film (girlsonfilmshow.com) has taken up a lot of Heather's time. Also there is some sniffing around by some TV channels that we need to look at. So don't worry all, you have not seen the last of Karen and Dr. Kirtz Von Hossinfeffer!!!
Thank you sooo much Alex! I love cooking and I'm always willing to try something new. Your show helps with that. This is the best news I've heard all day than the Totally Rad Show coming out today. =]

I'd almost rather see more CAC than a Totally Rad show, honestly.
Kind of an unfair judgment since TRS wasn't out until today. You'll notice TRS is not a rev3 produced show, its just licensed by them. I'm not sure how CAC is though, but I think I would have remembered something catchy like "Team Awesome, LLC"
More CAC would be great, I enjoyed the cooking...parts! We know Alex has time to spare with all of his WoWing, but does Heather?

Rachel Ray should be locked in a very dark and deep hole for the remainder of the century.OK, she is over exposed at the moment, TV, Magazine, Cookware, Nabisco ...
Say what you will about her, but her recipes rock. 30 minute meals really shows you how to work in a kitchen to get dinner together. She is not a chef, she is a cook - and a pretty good one at that, but when she starts talking about EVOO, I swear I want to throw the ****ing bottle of oil through the TV screen and shove it up her nose.
