OK, so in Safari if there is a non-hyperlinked URL I can highlight it, right-click, and choose "Go To Address." I was looking for an extension to do the same thing in Firefox and found one better: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/190/

Now all non-linked URLs are clickable links. Very cool.

I just thought some of the Mac users here would like this extension. Enjoy!

That plugin uses XPI - not a bad thing, it just makes it specific to Mozilla.

A generic plugin based on Javascript and usable by a number of other browsers (such as Opera and Firefox) is called Linkify (I actually use Linkify Plus under Opera), and can be found at userscripts.org

If there is anything you wish Firefox or Opera have as a feature, check out the library of greasemonkey scripts out on the net.

Great find, I don't use Safari a lot but this add on will make Firefox feel somewhat more Mac like.
