Bittorrent downloads

Is it me, or the tracker is broken? I tried to download the file, and I'm getting an error:
"Requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker."

Just use the direct downloads they are much faster.

I know they are fast, but I got an error while downloading a file.
I wanted to use bittorrent to download again the incorrect parts of the file, but because it wasn't working I needed to download the file again :(((
