Wow, is it just me or is the show really getting worst with each episode. Alex is really funny, but Kevin needs to go and be replaced with someone as funny as Alex. My suggestion would be to being JV back, from JV's world, only have him take Kevin's place. That would help the rating greatly. Otherwise everyone will stop watching and if their ratings drop even more than it already has, they will lose all of their sponsors. And i'd really like for the show to succeed.

Let's be honest here, Kevin isn't going anywhere. Kevin and Alex have been doing Diggnation together for 255 episodes. That's 255 weeks. They are about to hit the 5 year mark. Diggnation was born out of Digg.com which Kevin Rose is the founder and current CEO of.
You and possibly a few others are the only people who liked JV. Most people didn't like him, in fact most people hated him. So why would Revision3 bring JV back? You are acting as if they are just starting out, which they clearly aren't.

First, I seriously doubt you have any info regarding Diggnation's ratings, so basically you're just making stuff up there.
Second, JV was shamed off of Rev3 because nobody could stand him. People hated him, the show got dropped, simple.
The show is incredibly successful as is, and somehow I doubt you're a qualified web producer that could do better. The show is fine, and a lot of people really enjoy it. If you're not one of them, the show doesn't need to change, you just need to find different shows.

JV? lmfao... diggnation would die after one episode with that cockbag. I refuse to watch anything even remotely associated with him. Alex brings a good amount of humor when sober, but kevin definitely brings the humor when drunk, which is another reason why they need to drink more. Alex just gets a little out of hand when drunk, especially at live shows.
Can diggnation not play the same videos as the digg reel or vice versa? Theres plenty of other stories to cover, especially since diggnation can do stories other than videos. There definitely isn't a shortage of content.

The noise that Kevin made while trying to do the handstand (after Alex had done his) is one of the funniest things I've ever heard in my life.
I seriously watched those 10 seconds about 8 times.

100% +1 I notice this quite often from time to time. Drives me nuts! Kevin and Alex will sometimes show more of the video and do more commentary but I would still prefer no repetition.

Hmm. . . nothing wrong with having an opinion, we are all entitled. I guess I missed what professional advice you offered or why you would be in a position to offer said advice.
Personally, I would be gutted if Kevin left the show. His goofiness is endearing and I find him to be a nice balance to Alex's exuberance. JV would be an unwelcome addition to Diggnation, and that's my professional opinion! j/k

I agree. Kevin balances out Alex well. Unless they are both drunk, but in that case, nothing can balance them. And thats what makes it so funny.

Professional advice implies that it was good advice. Asking to have JV replace Kevin is not good advice. Your opinion doesn't make sense. Like I said this show already has success, it has had it for almost 5 years. Do you think that's just going to go away and if it did, wouldn't they just cancel the show and not bring in someone that no one liked?

Kev is fit and would have a punchers chance but I'd put my $ on Alex ... his training w/ Roxy in Muay Thai and his enjoyment of MMA give him the advantage.
BTW Alex... go check out Eddie Bravo's 10th Planet in LA and get some ground game to go w/ the MT... also Iphone some of UR sparring for us

Loved Kevin's reluctance to acknowledge that Alex's handstand thing was actually pretty damn impressive :D Just tried myself and even lifting yourself off the ground and holding it for a reasonable amount of time isn't easy, can't even begin to get my legs over to do a flip or a handstand D:

that is fairly unavoidable. Its very hard to live in an area and not consciously or subconsciously become similar to the people in your surroundings. However I don't think that trying to eat healthy, whether it is over-the-top or not, is hippie-like. If he starts wearing hemp everything and listening to phish on vinyl then we can start to get concerned.

What would be so horrible about yoga and tai-chi? I have been doing tai-chi since I was 9, and started yoga two years ago... I much prefer them over the current mantra of 'gym, gym, gym.' I can do both at home with little, or no equipment. I even manage them in hotel rooms and at work... :)
